- The On-Site Training Program closes the gap between classroom theory and real building job sites through community-based instruction. Participants gain hands-on experience in actual construction projects, reinforcing their learning and preparing them for successful careers in the construction industry.

Through a mix of theory and practical coursework, including:
- Learning from the classroom to the building job sites. Educating students undertaking to develop their practical/technical skills and knowledge in building and construction
- Onsite training program that helps closing the gap between your learning theoretically from the classroom to the real building job sites
- Manage work health and safety in the workplace
- Plan and manage building and construction projects, including:
- Read and interpret plans
- Set out procedures for the project
- Minimise waste on site
- Apply quality management techniques
- Lead and manage teams
