As a student with The Builders Institute you have access to a dedicated support team who will provide you with support and assistance throughout your program. Some of which are:

  • Frequently Asked Questions available online provide information about your course and on how you can get the most out of your experience.
  • Email Support from the Course Support Team available with a guaranteed 24 hour response time for questions that you may have.
  • Phone Support available between 9am – 5pm EST
  • Mentoring available for our students. You can book your mentoring session by contacting the Course Support Team via phone.

Support Services that can be provided upon request the following:

  • Pre-enrolment support to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities
  • fees and payment arrangements
  • Any specific learning requirements can be discussed prior to course commencement
  • Referral to any Language, Literacy and Numeracy courses which may be required to assist with the learning and assessment process.
  • Studying and learning support
  • Referral to counselling services
