The objective Building Practitioner Mentoring Program is to provide learners with a comprehensive grasp of the practical aspects involved in building and construction projects. It aims to enhance their technical skills and knowledge by engaging them in hands-on experiences within a building project.
This program effectively bridges the gap between theoretical learning and the actual implementation of building projects on real job sites. It achieves this through a combination of theoretical instruction, practical coursework, and the utilisation of templates.
