This Construction Induction training covers awareness and knowledge of:
- the basic principles of work, health and safety
- preventing workplace injury
- workplace injury management
- identifying procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies
- identifying and reporting common construction hazards,
- understanding basic risk control measures
- selecting and fitting personal protective equipment (PPE) used for construction work.
After student have successfully completed training.
Builders Institute will issue the Statement of Training (SOT) on completion day
Builders Institute will issue Statement of Attainment (SOA). This certificate will allows you to work on construction sites while awaiting your official White Card
Timeframe: 24-48 hours after recived all assessement, evidence requires and deemed comptent.
Submit and lodged
As an approved Registered Training Organisation to provide Construction Induction (CI) Training, Builders Institute will lodge Wite Card application on student behalf with SafeWork NSW. You should receive your White Card by mail within 6 weeks
Students who successfully complete this nationally accredited training will be issued

A White Card course should be attended by anyone who will carry out construction work or routinely enter an operational construction zone, including:
- Learners want to work in the construction industry, a White Card is essential.
- Anyone working or planning to enter the construction industry must complete a obtain a White Card, which is mandatory across the sector.
- Site managers and supervisors
- Builders, tradespeople and labourers
- Apprentices and trainees
- Surveyors and other construction professionals
- Owner-builders who will undertake construction work
- Landscapers performing construction-related work
- Workers whose duties require them to regularly enter active construction areas
- Other people entering an operational construction zone without direct supervision by an inducted person

- Start Time: 9:30 am (6 hours + Break)
- Training available weekly on Wednesday or Saturday

- Learners must be at least 14 years old.
- Learners must provide the required identification for the NSW White Card process, including the applicable 100 points of ID.
